Make Your Voice Heard This November!
Texas voters will head to the polls this November to vote on important constitutional amendments that could directly impact our rights, communities, and future. Now is the time to make sure you're registered to vote—the deadline to register is October 6, 2025, and early voting begins on October 20. Don’t wait! Check your registration status, update your information if you’ve moved, and make a plan to vote early or on Election Day. I’ll also be adding links with clear information about what we’re voting on, so you’ll know exactly what’s at stake. Our voices matter, let’s show up and make them count.
How to track the government, news sources and voting information.
Staying informed about political developments and voter engagement is essential for making a difference in our communities. One valuable resource is Aaron Parnas’ YouTube channel, where he provides insightful political and legal analysis, breaking down complex issues in a way that’s easy to understand. Another key platform is GovTrack.us, an independent website that tracks U.S. Congress activities, including legislation, voting records, and lawmaker profiles. This tool is especially useful for keeping up with bills that could impact our community.
For Texas residents, there are several official resources to help navigate local governance and elections. The Texas Secretary of State’s website provides a directory of statewide elected officials, including the Governor, Lieutenant Governor, and Attorney General, along with their contact information. If you need to register to vote, update your registration, or check your voter status, VoteTexas.gov is the go-to resource, ensuring you have everything you need to participate in upcoming elections. These platforms offer essential information to stay engaged, make informed decisions, and ensure your voice is heard in the democratic process.
