Call to Action: Stop SB 2880 / HB 5510
Texas is targeting abortion access with one of the most dangerous bills in the nation and we must fight back.
SB 2880 isn’t just about abortion pills. It’s about control, punishment, and silencing. It turns private citizens into bounty hunters. It opens the floodgates for lawsuits against doctors, friends, pharmacists, even judges who try to stand up for our rights. It even claims power over Texans who leave the state to seek care.
This is not policy. This is a blueprint for authoritarianism—and it’s already passed the Texas Senate.

How to track the government, news sources and voting information.
Staying informed about political developments and voter engagement is essential for making a difference in our communities. One valuable resource is Aaron Parnas’ YouTube channel, where he provides insightful political and legal analysis, breaking down complex issues in a way that’s easy to understand. Another key platform is GovTrack.us, an independent website that tracks U.S. Congress activities, including legislation, voting records, and lawmaker profiles. This tool is especially useful for keeping up with bills that could impact our community.
For Texas residents, there are several official resources to help navigate local governance and elections. The Texas Secretary of State’s website provides a directory of statewide elected officials, including the Governor, Lieutenant Governor, and Attorney General, along with their contact information. If you need to register to vote, update your registration, or check your voter status, VoteTexas.gov is the go-to resource, ensuring you have everything you need to participate in upcoming elections. These platforms offer essential information to stay engaged, make informed decisions, and ensure your voice is heard in the democratic process.
